Irwin Cotler and Parliamentarians Highlight Human Rights Abuses in Iran
Former Liberal MP and justice minister Irwin Cotler, who is now chair of the Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights, holds a news conference with parliamentarians to mark the annual Iran Accountability Week on Parliament Hill. Liberal MP Michael Levitt, chair of the House subcommittee on international human rights, and NDP MP Cheryl Hardcastle, vice-chair, also make remarks, as well as Corinne Box, a spokesperson for the Bahá’í community of Canada.
