Irwin Colter and Parliamentarians on the Human Rights Situation in Venezuela
Former Liberal MP and justice minister Irwin Cotler holds an all-party news conference in Ottawa to discuss a new report from an Organization of American States' panel of international experts. The panel found reasonable grounds that the Venezuelan government under President Nicolas Maduro has committed crimes against humanity. Cotler was part of the three-member panel, which recommended that the situation in Venezuela should be referred to the International Criminal Court (ICC) for consideration.
