Health Minister Patty Hajdu on Quarantine Act Measures – March 25, 2020
Health Minister Patty speaks with reporters in Ottawa following her appearance at the Senate to provide an update on the federal government’s response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. The minister is asked about her use of the Quarantine Act to require all travellers entering Canada to isolate for fourteen days. Essential workers are exempted from the requirement.
