The Prime Ministers Series highlights transformative policy initiatives of Canadian prime ministers, beginning with Brian Mulroney. The Ottawa conference explores four nation-building initiatives: tax reform, the environment, the Canada-U.S. Free Trade Agreement and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). It is hosted by the University of Ottawa Professional Development Institute and the Canada School of Public Service.
