The Political Context of Canada-China Relations
Canada-China Relations in Crisis: Challenges and Solutions? This one-day conference held at the University of Ottawa brings together Canada's leading experts on China to raise awareness of what is at stake in the current state of Canada-China relations. In this first panel, participants Jeremy Paltiel (professor, Department of Political Science at Carleton University), Paul Evans (professor, School of Public Policy and Global Affairs at the University of British Columbia), and Wenran Jiang (adjunct professor, School of Public Policy and Global Affairs at the University of British Columbia) discuss the political context of Canada-China relations.
