The Oliphant Commission
On
July 28th, 2009, in Ottawa, the Oliphant Commission of Inquiry held its final hearing of the public inquiry into German-Canadian businessman
Karlheinz Schreiber's dealings with former prime minister
Brian Mulroney. The Commission heard testimony from
Susan Gray, director of the Propriety and Ethics Team of the U.K. cabinet office as well as from Canada's ethics commissioner,
Mary Dawson.
