Manitoba Premier on COVID-19 Action Plan – April 15, 2020
In Winnipeg, Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister provides an update on the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. The Manitoba Legislative Assembly is holding an emergency sitting to debate a number of bills in response to the outbreak. The government is releasing up to $1 billion towards its efforts to fight COVID-19. The investment includes $500 million for health-care costs and $100 million for emergency expenditures.
