Major Ray Wiss

Major Ray Wiss is an emergency room doctor and a military reservist who has served two tours in Afghanistan. Wiss described his experiences in two books; A Line in the Sand and FOB DOC: A Doctor On The Frontlines in Afghanistan. Wiss is one of those rare individuals who has both fired on the enemy and treated wounded Taliban and Canadian soldiers.
