About CPAC

CPAC, the Cable Public Affairs Channel, is an independent, not-for-profit, commercial-free, bilingual media organization that connects Canadians to their democracy.

On our broadcast television channel, website, and social media platforms, CPAC provides unfiltered access to the complete proceedings of Canada's Parliament and Senate, complemented by in-depth coverage of key events, processes and debates that shape the development of public policy in Canada.

How can we help you?

CPAC.ca complements our television channel by offering multiple simultaneous live video streams, plus an extensive on-demand video library featuring parliamentary proceedings, news conferences, scrums, speeches, and other events on Parliament Hill and across Canada.

In addition to the complete proceedings of the House of Commons and Senate, we livestream most announcements and news conferences that take place on Parliament Hill, including events with federal ministers and opposition party leaders, as well as the informal “scrums” that take place before and after Question Period each day.
