AG Releases Audits on COVID-19 Aid Programs, Pandemic Response

On Parliament Hill, Auditor General Karen Hogan discusses her audit reports on the federal government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her office looked at the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) and Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy (CEWS), the Public Health Agency of Canada's pandemic response preparedness, and pandemic measures relating to surveillance and border control. She also examined the "Investing in Canada" infrastructure plan. (March 25, 2021)
