Federal ministers Bill Blair (public safety and emergency preparedness), Patty Hajdu (health), Diane Lebouthillier (national revenue), Catherine McKenna (infrastructure and communities), and Carla Qualtrough (employment, workforce development and disability inclusion) hold a virtual news conference following the release of Auditor General Karen Hogan's reports on the federal government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her office looked at the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) and Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy (CEWS), the Public Health Agency of Canada's pandemic response preparedness, and pandemic measures relating to surveillance and border control. The auditor general also examined the "Investing in Canada" infrastructure plan.
