Preston Manning Announces Citizens' Inquiry into COVID-19 Response

In Ottawa, former Reform Party leader Preston Manning announces that a citizens group chaired by him is working to establish an independent, citizen-led inquiry into Canada’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
