U.S. President Joe Biden delivers an address to Parliament in the House of Commons chamber during his first official visit to Canada since taking office in 2021. Biden is the eighth American president to address the Parliament of Canada, and the first since Barack Obama made his speech on June 29, 2016. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Senate Speaker George Furey and House of Commons Speaker Anthony Rota also make remarks.
