CRTC hearing on Rogers Communications Inc.’s proposed acquisition of Shaw Communications Inc.:

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) holds a public hearing in Gatineau, Quebec, to consider the application by Rogers Communications Inc., on behalf of Shaw Communications Inc., to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Shaw.

Representatives from the Canadian Association of Community Television Users and Stations (CACTUS) present their submissions.
