CRTC hearing on Rogers Communications Inc.’s proposed acquisition of Shaw Communications Inc.:

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) holds a public hearing in Gatineau, Quebec, to consider the application by Rogers Communications Inc., on behalf of Shaw Communications Inc., to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Shaw.

Interveners Karen Tanaka and Daniel Taylor, as well as representatives from the Saskatchewan Premier Ball Hockey League and the Southern Alberta Council on Public Affairs present their submissions as a panel.
