Former U.S. President George H.W. Bush delivers a speech entitled “Canada to Mexico: the NAFTA Initiative” at the conference “Free Trade @ 10” in Montreal, on June 5, 1999. The conference was organized by the McGill Institute for the Study of Canada on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the implementation of the Canada–U.S. Free Trade Agreement.
