Govt Announces Travel Measures in Response to COVID-19
Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland holds a news conference in Ottawa with ministers Patty Hajdu (health), Marc Garneau (transport), Bill Blair (public safety), Jean-Yves Duclos (Treasury Board), and Government House Leader Pablo Rodriguez to update reporters on the federal response to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. They are joined by Canada’s chief public health officer, Dr. Theresa Tam, and deputy chief public health officer Dr. Howard Njoo.
