Deputy PM Chrystia Freeland on U.S. Aluminum Tariffs – August 7, 2020
At a news conference in Toronto, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland responds to President Donald J. Trump’s announcement that the United States will impose a ten per cent tariff on imports of raw Canadian aluminum. Canada has already said that it intends to impose retaliatory tariffs.
