Conservative Leadership Race: Maxime Bernier Reacts – August 24, 2020
At a news conference in Ottawa, Maxime Bernier, the leader of the People’s Party of Canada, comments on the election of Erin O’Toole as the leader of the Conservative Party of Canada. O’Toole won the Conservative leadership by beating Peter MacKay with 57 per cent of the vote on the third and final ballot.
