On December 3rd, 2010, in Ottawa, the Canadian Study of Parliament Group organized a conference on"Parliament and Congress." The second session examined the evolution of Canada's Parliament and featured Louis Massicotte (Université Laval) and Herb Gray (Canadian chair, International Joint Commission).
