COVID-19: Ontario Lifting Most Mask Requirements on March 21
Dr. Kieran Moore, Ontario's chief medical officer of health, provides an update in Toronto on what the province says is a plan to live with and manage COVID-19. On March 21, Ontario will lift mask requirements for most settings, including schools, restaurants and stores, with remaining COVID-19 measures set to drop by the end of April. Masking will still be required for select settings such as public transit, hospitals and long-term care facilities. (March 9, 2022)
