The McGill Institute for the Study of Canada hosts its annual conference in Montreal. This year's focus is on immigration policies. Catherine Xhardez (assistant professor of political science at the University of Montreal), Antoine Bilodeau (professor of political science at Concordia University), Marjorie Villefranche (executive director of Maison d'Haiti), Adèle Garnier (associate professor, department of geography at Laval University), and David Birnbaum (former Liberal MNA) participate in a panel discussion on immigration policy in Quebec. Yolande James (former Québec minister of immigration and cultural communities) moderates the conversation. (October 27, 2022)
