Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly and Public Safety Minister Dominic LeBlanc speak with reporters on Parliament Hill regarding allegations, based on intelligence reports, of a possible link between the Indian government and the killing of Sikh leader Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
