Erin O’Toole Highlights Plan to Support Grieving Parents – September 12, 2021
In Vancouver, Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole highlights his party’s plan to support grieving parents. The Conservative Party is pledging to extend employment insurance benefits for at least eight weeks following a stillbirth or death of a child, and to provide three days of paid bereavement leave in the event of a miscarriage. O’Toole faces questions about not requiring his candidates to be vaccinated as well the increasing support for the People’s Party of Canada in some parts of the country.
