COVID-19: Ontario to Resume Non-Urgent Surgeries and School Sports

In Toronto, Dr. Kieran Moore, Ontario's chief medical officer of health, provides an update on the COVID-19 situation in the province. Dr. Moore announces that the province will gradually resume non-urgent surgeries and health procedures.
