Immigration Minister Miller on Cultural Sector Investment, Toronto Byelection

Immigration Minister Marc Miller holds a news conference in Montreal to highlight a federal investment to support the city's cultural sector. Liberal MP Patricia Lattanzio and Stéphane Lavoie, general and programming director of local arts theatre TOHU, also take part in the announcement.
