NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh Calls For Cancellation of F-35 Contract

At a news conference in Iqaluit, NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh presents his party's plan to cancel Canada's F-35 contract with the United States and instead build fighter jets in Canada. Singh also says the NDP would increase Artic sovereignty and reach the NATO spending target of 2 per cent of GDP by 2032. He is joined by Lori Idlout, the NDP MP for Nunavut.
