In Ottawa, Daniel Bernhard, CEO of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship (ICC), and Stein Monteiro from the Conference Board of Canada discuss the release of their new joint report entitled ‘The Leaky Bucket 2024: A Closer Look at Immigrant Onward Migration in Canada.’ The report highlights that a record number of high-skilled immigrants are departing Canada for opportunities elsewhere and that a broad, concerted effort is needed to reverse that trend.
