Public Inquiry into Foreign Interference – October 4, 2024
Global Affairs Canada representatives Tara Denham, Weldon Epp, Philippe Lafortune, Alexandre Levesque, David Morrison and Cindy Termorshuizen testify as the Public Inquiry into Foreign Interference in Federal Electoral Processes and Democratic Institutions continues its hearings in Ottawa. Led by Quebec judge Marie-Josée Hogue, the commission will examine allegations of foreign interference by China, Russia and other foreign states in the 2019 and 2021 Canadian federal elections.
