Citadelle of Quebec

The Governor General of Canada has two official residences—Rideau Hall in Ottawa and the one located inside the walls of the Citadel of Quebec. Even if it is not in the news as frequently as its counterpart in Ottawa, the official residence of the Citadel has an equivalent status and can be used to receive foreign dignitaries as well as recipients of honorary awards.
