At a press briefing in the Port of Montreal, Quebec, Liberal leader Mark Carney talks about his discussion with U.S. President Donald Trump and announced that his party would create a new Trade Diversification Corridor Fund to deal with the impacts of the U.S. tariff war, in addition to boosting interprovincial trade and promoting and diversifying trade with new partners.
