Prime Minister Mark Carney spoke with U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday. Trump described his call as “extremely productive.” He also spared his Canadian counterpart from his insults, something that was commonplace with Justin Trudeau. Is the Prime Minister scoring points now that he's fully involved with the election campaign, despite having what many consider to be a “rocky start”?
