2012 Conference of the International Institute of Communications (Part 1 of 8)

The International Institute of Communications (IIC) Canada holds its 2012 annual conference in Ottawa on October 26-30. This year's theme is: "Innovation, Investment and Infrastructure."

The session, called "Canadian Broadcaster Strategies for Multiplatform Promotion," features Mark Bishop (co-CEO and executive producer, marblemedia), Mike Cosentino (senior vice-president, programming, CTV Networks, Bell Media and chair, Bell Media Programming Council), Doug Murphy (executive vice-president, Corus Entertainment and president of Corus Television), Kirstine Stewart (executive vice-president, english services, CBC/Radio-Canada) and Barbara Williams (vice-president, content, Shaw Media).
