Connections, Content and Consumers
On November 22nd and 23rd, 2010, in Ottawa the International Institute of Communications held its 9th annual conference on "Connections, Content and Consumers: Towards a National Digital Strategy for Canada." The first panel on November 23rd, was titled "Regulators Forum: Federal Canadian regulators discuss intellectual property, interconnection, and innovation challenges."
