Ridings to WatchPort Moody–Coquitlam

CPAC’s Catherine Pope reports on the race in Port Moody–Coquitlam, a suburban riding of Vancouver where Trans Mountain has plans to expand its existing pipeline. NDP candidate Bonita Zarrillo is looking to make the jump from Coquitlam city councillor to MP, but she’s competing in a tight race with two other women: Conservative candidate Nelly Shin, a pro-life pianist parachuted in from Ontario, and Liberal candidate Sara Badiei, an engineer who spent years working abroad for humanitarian organizations. Bryce Watts, an ethnobotanist, is representing the Green Party.
