Legal and Constitutional Affairs Patrick LeSage, former chief justice of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, testifies on Bill C-15, which would amend the National Defence Act and other Acts in order to strengthen the military justice system. RCMP Chief Superintendents Paula Dionne and Chuck Walker also testify. UPDATE: Bill C-15 received royal assent on June 19.
