Prime Minister Stephen Harper becomes the first Canadian leader to address the Israeli Knesset and pledges to stand with that country through fire and water. The prime minister also held a news conference earlier in the day with Palestinian Authority president Mahmoud Abbas, and announced that Canada would provide $66 million in aid to Gaza and the West Bank.
