Senators first hear from Canadian Bar Association representatives Tina Head and Kimberly Jakeman and law professors Dwight Newman, Hamish Stewart and Randal Graham. The committee then hear from Dr. Douglas Grant and Dr. Trevor Theman (Federation of Medical Regulatory Authorities of Canada representatives), Dr. Joel Kirsh and Dr. Rocco Gerace (both with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario), and Christine Penney (College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia).
