The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has announced a 100-million-dollar settlement for victims of sexual harassment. The RCMP has also promised to do whatever it takes to change its workplace culture. Michel Drapeau has represented such victims, and he doubts that the federal police force will put an end to this problem.
