Former justice minister Anne McLellan, who chaired the federal task force on marijuana legalization, testifies as the committee continues its hearings on Bill C-45. The committee is meeting a week ahead of Parliament's return to study the government's bill to legalize marijuana. Dr. Mark Ware, the task force's vice-chair, also testifies. The other panellists are criminal lawyer Michael Spratt, David Johnston (president and CEO, Canadian Association for Pharmacy Distribution Management) and Shelita Dattani (director, Practice Development and Knowledge Translation, Canadian Pharmacists Association).
