Defence Officials Respond to AG Report on Military Sexual Misconduct
Public Accounts - January 29, 2019: National Defence and military officials respond to the auditor general’s 2018 fall report that found that the Canadian Armed Forces’ approach to supporting sexual assault victims is fragmented and slow. Appearing before the committee are the Office of the Auditor General’s Andrew Hayes and Robyn Roy; as well as the Department of National Defence’s Jody Thomas, Lieutenant-General Paul Wynnyk, Lieutenant-General Charles Lamarre, and Denise Preston.
