In Regina, Saskatchewan Health Authority officials Scott Livingstone (CEO) and Dr. Rashaad Hansia (physician executive, integrated urban health) announce the four-phase plan for the resumption of certain medical services and surgeries that had been restricted due to the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus disease) pandemic. They are joined via teleconference by their colleagues Dr. Susan Shaw (chief medical officer) and Dr. Jenny Basran (senior medical information officer).
