Randall Garrison Delivers Farewell Address in the House – December 3, 2024

Randall Garrison delivers his farewell speech in the House of Commons as he announces he is stepping down as the NDP MP for Esquimalt—Saanich—Sooke after 13 years. Garrison was first elected to the House for the riding of Esquimalt—Juan de Fuca in 2011.
