Citizenship and Immigration - April 10, 2019:

The members of the committee continue their study of settlement services across Canada with testimony from a variety of organizations that specialize in helping immigrants integrate into Canadian society. A number of groups, including organizations for Francophone immigrants, Chinese immigrants, testify on the challenges they face.

Appearing as witnesses are Fédération des communautés francophones et acadienne du Canada’s Jean Johnson and Alain Dupuis, Huron County Immigration Partnership’s Kristin Crane, Roblin-Cartwright Community Development Corporation’s Dustin Mymko, Calgary Chinese Community Service Association’s Lily Kwok and Nazifia Hakemy, and Chantal Desloges as an individual.
