Environment Minister Jonathan Wilkinson discusses the 2021-22 main estimates for Environment and Climate Change Canada, Parks Canada and Canada's Impact Assessment Agency.

Wilkinson tells the committee the Liberal government is committed in its fights to reduce emissions by 40 per cent to 45 per cent by 2030, to eliminate plastic pollution, to keep Enbridge Line 5 operating and to recognize Canadians' right to a healthy environment by implementing Bill C-28.
