CPAC’s Catherine Pope reports on the race in Vancouver South, where voters will see a rematch between Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan and Conservative Wai Young. Sajjan won by over 6,000 votes but local polls suggest that the results will be much closer than they were in 2015. Affordability, housing and climate change are top of mind for residents in this highly diverse, lower income Vancouver riding. Sean McQuillan is the New Democrat and Judy Zaichowsky is the Green Party’s representative.
