Ministers from newly sworn-in Prime Minister Mark Carney's cabinet speak to reporters ahead of their first cabinet meeting on Parliament Hill. Carney and his new cabinet of 23 ministers were sworn in earlier in the day at a ceremony at Rideau Hall in Ottawa.
