Jeremy Clark is a results-driven leader with 20 years of experience in strategy, planning, problem solving, and execution.
Since joining CPAC Jeremy acted as Director of Network and Programming Operations and in 2023 was promoted to Vice President of Programming Operations and Communications. He has proven to be highly successful in building relationships, engaging stakeholders, and overcoming resistance.
Prior to joining CPAC, Jeremy worked for over 10 years for Rogers Television in a variety of roles managing all aspects of several local TV stations including programming, production, sales, engineering, marketing, and community relations.
Nicolle Arams is an accomplished executive producer with over 30 years of broadcast experience, who joined CPAC in September 2022.
She started her career at CBC Saskatchewan in Regina, working her way up in the newsroom, from receptionist, associate producer, to producer in both television and radio for CBC and Radio-Canada. She joined CBC News Network's Power & Politics in 2010, working for several years as a producer and senior producer. Nicolle then took on the role of Executive Producer in 2020, when the show expanded from two to three hours of live daily political coverage. Some highlights for Nicolle during that time include the team's live coverage of the January 6, 2021, attack on Capitol Hill and the week Anchor Vassy Kapelos hosted Power & Politics from the Ukraine-Poland border at the start of Russia's war on Ukraine.
As a proud French Canadian from Saskatchewan, Nicolle remains very attached to her hometown of Gravelbourg.

Fateema Sayani works at the intersection of editorial, public policy, and social impact. With a background spanning journalism, nonprofit leadership, and philanthropy, she brings a systems-wide perspective to drive meaningful change.
She researches nonprofit news models and works to amplify underrepresented voices, helping put the tools of creation in the hands of those often excluded from public discourse.
Fateema holds a Master of Philanthropy and Nonprofit leadership and a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University, as well as certificates in French-language writing from McGill University and public policy development from the Max Bell Public Policy Training Institute. Prior to joining CPAC, Fateema worked as a senior editor for Ottawa Magazine, a columnist with the Ottawa Citizen, and a strategic communications manager at the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
She is a volunteer board director with the Canadian Advocacy Network and Axé WorldFest, where she champions Canada's civic and creative culture.

Eitan is a professional engineer and seasoned senior business leader boasting an impressive track record across consulting, systems engineering, and business operations. Throughout his career, he has been a driving force behind a multitude of technology modernization, innovation, and transformation endeavours. His client portfolio spans diverse sectors, including broadcasting, healthcare, government, religious institutions, and education. Since becoming an integral part of CPAC in 2005, Eitan has been at the helm of the organization's technical operations, engineering, and IT teams, consistently steering them toward excellence.
Nhu is a graduate of Sir Wilfrid Laurier University with an Honours BA in Business Administration and has over 15 years experience as an auditor in public practice and Controller in private industry. She has extensive experience working with a diverse span of client portfolios, including not-for-profit, biotechnology, manufacturing, and high-tech. Throughout her career, Nhu has been instrumental in leading numerous finance teams through transitions to improve financial reporting and accountability to stakeholders. Since joining CPAC in 2024, she leads the finance team in the safeguarding of the organization's assets through the oversight of internal controls and financial policies.
Andrea is an HR professional with over 10 years of progressive experience spanning recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. She has successfully led HR functions across various sectors, including healthcare, biotechnology, and entertainment. In her previous roles, Andrea led the design and implementation of strategic HR frameworks that aligned with and advanced organizational objectives. Since joining CPAC in 2025, she has been leading the HR function, ensuring compliance with employment legislation while driving initiatives that support the organization's mission and vision.
